標題[文法] 你看到的不一定就是事實

提問：
我在常春藤字彙書裡看到一句:
「你看到的不一定就是事實。」
他譯成:「What you see is not always the fact.」
不太懂的是這樣不是一句就會有兩個動詞 see和is
請問他這樣翻譯對嗎?
麻煩各位先進高手達人，幫小弟解惑一下，謝謝!
