想請問各位前輩

如果我想表達的是

1.有肢體障礙的人數為396,753  這個數字大概佔了台灣總人口數的1.7%

2.在這些肢體障礙人口中有37%的人是下肢體障礙者

我的試譯

1.the number of people with physical disabilities is 396,753,which accounts
  for 1.7% of the total population in Taiwan

2.Out of those people with physical disabilities,XXXXX

請問第一句這樣翻可以嗎

第二句接下來應該要怎麼翻比較適當呢
