提問：我選擇C，英文淺薄的我覺得 Failed to --- 是主詞

      那為什麼答案是B呢??

→ priv:最前面放分詞的話一般是分詞構句
→ priv:第一句型不符合分詞構句，第二fail也不能用被動
→ priv:一般程式出現failed to ....其實是省略The application
→ priv:或The application has..如果這種句型的話也不能直接當主詞用
→ priv:所以最合理的選項就是名詞
→ dunchee:http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/failure
→ dunchee:-> 1 ...
→ dunchee:->3 ... (例句的句型) // 主詞:"Failure to examine ...
→ dunchee:...carefully"整個(名詞)片語是主詞
