至於為什麼會突然跑出Tolstoy呢？可以由文章第五段的內容得知原因

Tolstoy 能於作品中表現出那些關於死亡的敘述，也表示他自己對於這些有一定的了解
也是醫療人員可以學習的地方
另外，本段提到的 Kubler-Ross 指的是 Kubler-Ross model（u上面加上兩個點）
為 Elisabeth Kubler-Ross 於1969出版的 On Death and Dying 中所提出的
包括了denial, anger, bargaining, depression和acceptance五個階段
指人遇到極重大的悲傷或打擊事件時態度的轉折，比如聽到得到癌症的消息
