[文法] 兩題文法(worth/time tense)

1.The mansion he lives in should ___ two million dollars.

  (A)be worth  (B)worth

  Ans: (B)


 【疑問】這題我查過字典+文法書，幾乎都是be worth+N/Ving，但是這裡為什麼選(B)

         呢？





2.By the end of the day, I ___ the walls.

  (A)might have finished painting  (B)will finish paint

  Ans: (A)

 【疑問】請問句子只有出現by the end of the day就可以判斷這題是假設句嗎？ 如果

         它只是單純的表達未來的時間，那will finish paint(未來式)似乎也可以。

         請教高手如何解答，感激~ :)
