想請教大家一下,
我在某一本考試用書的閱讀文章遇到下面這句話.
The plentiful supply of labor,combined with the new machinery and processes
being developed made conditions ripe for an economy focused on manufacturing.
我一開始一為combined 是前面句子的形容詞子句,一路看到句點整個糊塗了.
因此我拆解
S: The plentiful supply of labor,combined with the new machinery and
processes
V: made conditions ripe for an economy
不知道這樣是否正確..
因此有以下幾點疑問
1. supply of labor和combined with the XXXXX 這段他是怎樣的的架構省略,可以只用
',' 分開
2. being 不省略是為了避免和主要子句動詞made 混淆嘛?
還請各位高手不吝指教
