標題[文法]聯合報New York Times 文法問題

以下這句話的文法我不是很懂:
--> If crushed bodies were the enduring images of Haiti's earthquake,
the most memorable ones of Chile's would have been of looting.
請問: 為什麼要用been of looting. 而不是benn looting.?
