為什麼大部分的人總是喜歡握著不可能發生的事情或者已經逝去的過去?
人..因為不懂得放棄才會有更多的痛苦，放棄一些才能空出一點空間去容納新的東西
不會學著放棄就是不斷的在肩膀上放負擔...日積月累的心理自然就生病了
