標題[文法] 文法改錯題

答案(b) 請問這題錯是錯在at last的標點符號嗎 ??
If a mistake occurs and we don't tell them right away,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
they won't take responsibility.
這題是不是要改成If there is any mistake? 比較好呢
