這裡我想請問rather than的用法？
(a)上面這句本來是否可以寫成They decided to build two rather than build just
one tunnel呢？(然後再把後面的rather than搬到句首。)
(b)關於rather than放句首的寫法？以前學過是rather than+ Ving，但最近已經查/看到
很多文章/字典寫Rather than+ V，所以想請問rather than放句首的寫法什麼情況
用Ving/V?
