這個題目一般會告訴你，因為 where = in which
原因是where是關係副詞， which 是關係代名詞
介係詞加個名詞=> in the park，擺在句末是可以變成地方副詞
所以 in which (介係詞+關係代名詞) = where (關係副詞)
你的題目應該是要用關係代名詞合併兩句
句一 : I spent my childhood in a small village.
句二 : Now it has grown into a big city.
兩句相同的字是 a village = it
改寫的句子是把第一句villiage改成which變成= I spent my childhood in which.
而第二句變成主句 The village(=it) has grown into a big city.
關代which要擺在先行詞後面，所以整句變成
The village which I spent my childhood in has grown into a big city.
你也可以把in移到前面變成
The village in which I spent my childhood has grown into a big city.
最後in which = where 變成
The village where I spent my childhood has grown into a big city.
