(A) 過去可以,但是沒有

ex: I could have been successful, but I gave up at the last moment.

(B) 過去一定是

(C) 應該要是(命令)

ex:  You should be a good student.

(D) 將會是(阿都已經是ancestors了,怎麼可能還會用未來式呢？)
