[文法] 有關倒裝和時態的問題~

[ISME0907 (ISME)]

 1.書上說~地方副詞/主詞補語放句首要倒裝,如~

  Under the tree lies a dog.
  On the wall are three picture.

  我的疑問,我看到有一各句子~

  Throughout the United State there are univerity ESL Progtams in which foreign
  students can take required English courses.

  我ㄧ看到句子就想把there are變成are there,可是老師並沒說以上的句子是錯了,請問
  我的問題出在哪裡呢?

 2.是一題文法改錯題

  This was a well-written review of current information, but the connection
  between nutrient stress,secondary compounds, and herbivory rates in wetland
  plants could receive greater coverage.
              ~~~~~~~~~~
  要改成...could have received greater....

  請問為何要改成這樣呢?
                                                        有請各位英文神了^^..
