[文法] As close to nature as one gets ...的問題

想請教一下板上的前輩，小弟在練習93年度大學指考的題目時，其中的閱讀測驗中有
一個句子是:
As close to nature as one gets in New York, the park offered relief from the
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
noise and congestion of the city.

其中畫線部分內的one是代表 any park嗎? 另外就是畫線部分的翻譯要如何翻會比較好?
小弟有找了幾本文法書，不過都沒找到類似的文法，想請板上的前輩幫忙，謝謝
