the limit lifted on the amount
照道理，
on the amount這個介系詞片語，應該是修飾limit
但為什麼lifted 可以卡在limit和on the amount中間？

→ noruas:這個順序是固定的

→ noruas:但是want後面的受詞非常長, 所以作者把lifted挪到前面
