[求譯] 和國外廠商談代理權

最近公司要和國外一知名公司談代理他們的某產品，所以叫我去連絡他們...
但我商業英文真的很差，很怕說的英文不夠正規，針對即將發出的email來請教一下

To Whom it May Concern:
請問第一句是這樣嗎? 還是有別種用法?

We would like to talk about the franchise of your products or any other way of
cooperation in Taiwan.
這邊是我主要的疑問點，代理權的英文有好多種，我這句是用franchise
但我不知道到底是不是這個字

現在的情況是我們公司是國內這產品的知名廠商，對方是國際上這產品的知名廠商
我們想跟他們談代理某些產品(同質但不一樣)
請問這樣的代理應該怎麼說呢?
