因為這裡不是關係代名詞的概念

而是名詞子句的概念

the truth that, the fact that...這類單字都要用that帶出名詞字句

:   2. He is too busy ___ many hobbies.
:      (A)making a living to have
:      (B)to make a living to have
:      (C)making a living having
:      (D)to make a living having
:     A:(A)  我知道意思是 忙於討生活而沒有太多娛樂
:            所以用too busy...to have many hobbies
:            但making a living 不能改成to make a living嗎?
:            是因為busy 後面+ V-ing嗎?

too...to...的用法如果用在這句

意思就會完全不一樣了

He is too busy making a living to have many hobbies.

他太忙於生活而沒有太多的嗜好

He is too busy to make a living to have many hobbies.

他太忙了以至於他沒辦法工作過活來培養許多嗜好

推 blaukatz:1的that並不是受詞故不能省略。是名詞+that的同位語用法
