我覺得這本還蠻淺顯易懂的
裡面提到
if有兩個意思 --> 如果, 是否
whether只有一個意思 --> 是否
通常寫作時候要表明"是否"這個意思通常是用whether語意比較不會搞不清楚
只是一種習慣用法吧...
考試的時候如果考題是要你選擇帶有"是否"意義的選項
當然就是選whether 因為他沒有別的意思
if會顯得模稜兩可
