 第一個括弧 would be usually termed是錯的 不曉得錯在哪裡?

 答案outside 為錯 應該要改成??

6.Many modern sky scrapers,though visually pleasing,they have heating and

 cooling systems that require closed windows and consequently waste energy.

答案they have 為錯 不知道錯在哪裡? 應該改成?

7.The very destructiveness of war on both friend and foe has rendered it

 uselessly as a means of settling international disputes.
答案uselessly錯了 應該改成? 答案有點看不懂是什麼意思?

推 usread:within and without
→ usread:useless
→ usread:usually be
推 ashurali:6.將兩個逗號之間though那句去掉來看就很明顯了
→ usread:國人說英文,會把中文習慣帶進去,"我朋友他很有錢"==>
→ usread:My friend he is rich.
推 ashurali:5.我覺得是outside of，without好像怪怪的
→ usread:中文文法雖較鬆散,但「我朋友他」的贅字「他」還是去掉較好
→ usread:without有兩個意思,within and without是套語,查字典即知
→ usread:若覺得怪怪的,可以查查啊 :-)
→ usread:within and without = inside and outside 都是成對使用
推 ashurali:without應該是可以,thanks
→ ashurali:不過用outside的話，要不要加of呀？
→ usread:沒差,兩種寫法是一樣的
