都沒人回答，我來試試看：
「如果你連續兩到三個星期，每晚至少睡足六個小時。」
大概是這樣吧！
至於為什麼要這樣寫我就不知道了。
根據我自己翻出來的中文再翻回英文的話，我應該會寫成：
Every night, if you at least sleep six hours for two to three weeks.
所以，原文的寫法比較少見，推測可能是比較高級的用法。
