求中譯： The optimal response to uncertainty if you are  a firm is to do
nothing, but if everyone does nothing, the economy tanks.

提問:

這文法上讓我不是很清楚
"If you are a firm is to do nothing"
看是會知道這句話意思是"如果你是一個都不做事的公司"
但是文法這樣寫對嗎..??

然後the economy tanks...擺在這邊是甚麼意思??


再者  這句話全句的意思可否幫我解說一下  感謝
