[文法] While/ during 的用法差異

題目:

_____ working there, I met some really nice people.
(while/ during)

答案是 while

--我的疑問--
while是連接詞，連接兩個句子(S.+V.)

during是介係詞，後面接的是名詞

請問句中working是省略主詞跟動詞嗎，所以才選while??

While I was working there, I met some really nice people.
      ^^^^^
如果是的話，為什麼可以省略??

還是working在這句當中是當動名詞使用嗎??

我怎麼記得動名詞是名詞，哪答案不就變成during了嗎??

要如何判斷??

→ whiper:因前後兩句主詞相同，去掉while和I，主動語態worked變成
