As we all know, we have one big trouble recently. Maybe it can be described as
''the huge typhoon in Judiciary''. Judge 蕭 - the Judge of Supreme Court -
tried to influence illegal Judge 高 in Taiwan High Court on the case of
蕭's son that he got away without looking after someone who was hurt in car
accident that he made. Basically speaking, as the professional viewpoint,
hit-and-run charge is not felony, and the guilty driver maybe punished as fine
or short-term imprisonment. However,
What the intention dose Judge 蕭 have to involve in the scandal, and he care
nothing about how great price he should pay for it.Reportedly he hope his son
who hit-and-run guy is can be pronounced not guilty, and this guy can take part
in the qualification text of Judge and Procurator annually without any record
of previous crime. However we can find it is out of the question by reviewing
the evidence of this case.
Sympathy we have for a father with anxiety about his son's trouble, the glory
of status is not his own property nevertheless, and he have no right to order
Judge高 to obey what the instruction he give. As a member of judiciary work,
his behavior brings shame on whole worker in territory of judiciary.
