的確，這用法看過很多討論，也有看過你提過的這種說法，
如果是"考試導向"，我覺得可能答案為 "are" 會比較常見
不過語言很活，也許真正應用上，會使用其他種說法，避免混淆也說不定
這題我只能提供考試取向有可能偏愛的答案。
