3. 再回頭講[a]
... to put in the heads of the needy = 放在需要救助的人們的腦袋瓜裡
全部加起來 (以下文筆自己修):
讓貧困無依的人們認為自己無法自救，僅能依賴政府奴才的施捨，是個天大的謊言。
