可是我記得印象中

可以把 "in" 搬到最前面去, 然後空格裡填 which

因為如果是

In large cities in which many people like to live,

念起來感覺有點怪怪的

(雖然說填 where 的話念起來就不會有怪怪的感覺)

→ PUTOUCHANG:這個 in 是伴隨後面的 live, 複習一下關係代名詞吧:
→ PUTOUCHANG:It is harder to find a job in large cities.
→ PUTOUCHANG:Many people like to live in large cities.
→ PUTOUCHANG:... cities which many people like to live in.
→ PUTOUCHANG:... cities in which many people like to live.
→ priv:連續兩個in，唸的節奏不對的話就會很奇怪沒錯
→ priv:不會唸的話就用where吧...
