[請益] and與or的用法

我在字神版看到這篇文章，想請問以下的句子!?


Do not a and b 是其中之一 不能
Do not a or b  是兩者皆不

所以
在教室不准吃東西"和"睡覺
在教室不准吃東西、睡覺"和"打手機
Do not eat or sleep in class.
Do not eat, sleep, or use cell phone in class.

感覺在數學定義上的and與or有些出入，

想請教版上英文高手們，以上的句子是正確的嗎!?
