標題[請益] 請問這個句子

an area believed by many to have been the site where an
alien spacecraft crashed in 1947.
請問這裡寫to have been是不是因為沒有連接詞
如果是的話,請問這個文法是要查什麼才查的到
因為一般省略不是像這樣寫嗎
There are three water parks in this city. The biggest one is right under
your feet, the others being on the other side of the city.
