我的解讀是

此句為the Emperor的形容詞子句
因此句子可簡化成while even the Emperor
請問while的句子是否可以省略動詞 如果可以需如何解釋
還是此句文法結構不應如此理解
因為對這段的文法結構不大確定 所以字義也不容易理解
