這句 she could not practice without disturbing the rest of her family.
裡面有not , without 我就不太懂意思
我這樣翻，
她不可以沒有練習在沒有干擾她的家人的休息 ←→沒有干擾她的家人的休息她不可以練習
後來我比照這個句子
I can not live without my parents
我活不下去在沒有我的父母 ←→ 沒有我的父母我活不下去

因為她住在一棟小房子裡，練習的時候一定會吵到家裡其他成員。
在這裡請教 not without 怎麼翻呢??
