想請教各位版友如何去判定不定詞的被動語態與過去式！
因為在Azar文法書看到的一題例題，讓我不知如何判別，
心裡也有些疑惑，如下：
The witness to the murder asked not (identify) _____
in the newspaper.She wanted her name kept secret.
空格的答案為：to be identified
我想請教的是因為已有asked出現，所以此句要用 to be identified嗎?
另外，為何此句不能使用to have been identified此過去被動式？
問題很蠢，還請見諒。
