After entering a small capsule and fastening our seat belts,

lights fickered, sirens screamed and dials trembled

as we banked off the ocean floor 

past coral, tropical fish, the occasional shark.

有人可以解釋一下紅色部份的文法嗎  想不太通...

是不是當副詞解? 修飾的是什麼?
