[文法] until 和 not until 的用法

我有爬過文有關這兩個的用法

不過好像跟我的問題不太一樣

Not until the eighteenth century

這句的翻譯是"直到十八世紀"

那請問和 Until the eighteenth century

有什麼差別呢?
