把這兩句用在一段文字裡面的話，可能比較好懂。
One day me and Jimmy was walking on the street,
and a robber was running toward us.
I knew I need to stop him, and a book was there
so I used the book to knock him down.
在這邊A book was there 的意思等同於 A book just happened to be there.
所以重點在於有那本書，而不是在於書在這邊或是那邊。
另一個例子
"John, I can't reach my stuff on the shelf.
Can you find me a ladder or a book just something solid so I can stand on it?"
"Oh, there is a book. Maybe this can help."
這邊John強調的是，有個東西在那邊，因為他在那邊找到一個他朋友需要的東西。
