標題[請益] 幾個疑問

1. 在文章裡提到,有些地方不適合家有青春期子女的家庭去玩 (青少年會覺得無聊),
譬如
family resorts where most of the families have little kids or your teen
doesn't know anyone other than you;
a long road trip with five people in a five-seater car;
any place where Americans may get "touristas" if they eat any nonhotel food.
請問這後這句的 get "touristas" 是甚麼意思呢?查很久都查不出來...
2. 有一種開黃色玩笑的方式,是在"特定時候"說 "that's what she said",
譬如
考試時有個學生喊 This is too hard!
同學就會回 "that's what she said"
自然科學博物館裡導覽員正在解釋 "This is an unusually large spear."
聽到這句話的死小孩就會偷偷說 "that's what she said."
請問 that's what she said 這句話是類似 "她很清楚喲" 的意思嗎?
還是稍有出入呢?
3. "Fingerhut Professor of Education" 請問這是種什麼樣的教授職稱呢?
(包括最前面的 Fingerhut) 這也是查很久查不到..
4. 以下是一位母親為兒子的觸法行為找的"客觀理由":

請問 what ever social calling card fit the new time and place 是甚麼意思?
social calling card 應該是放在身上供緊急狀況時(eg.昏迷)讓別人辨識身分用的,
但是實在看不懂那一句話..
5. 小小孩會做出大人眼中"很古椎"的各種行為:
使性子、咬人、撒謊、爭東西、向大人告密、捏寶寶捏得太用力、breath-holding,
請問最後的 breath-holding 是指什麼呢?
6. Michael Resnick,
activist professor of pediatrics and public health at
the University of Minnesota, describes adolescents as "resources to be
developed, not problems to be solved."
請問這裡的 activist professor 該怎麼解釋呢?
