[考題] vital後接to或for

考題：一般


題目：這是一題克漏字選擇，節錄如下:

      I am speaking of the kind which is vital _18._ the preservation

提問：我選(A)。

      不過我查了字典和collocation，書中都有提及vital to與vital for 的用法。

      (ex. Team spirit is vital for success.

           These nutrients are absolutely vital to good health.)

      請問這兩者是否不能通用呢?(因為看例句我找不出差別在那裡>_<a)

推 noruas:正確來說是: vital for + 名詞 或 vital to-v
→ noruas:但 to + 名詞 也是能接受的.
→ noruas:可以想像中文裡的類似用法: 就我而言, 對我而言
→ noruas:誰也無法判定哪個是正確的..
推 noruas:但我個人覺得這個考題不好...畢竟to/for根本不是學習重點
