上次發問了有關研討會這個單字,後來我查了各大英英字典
解釋如下:
seminar-
* an occassion when a teacher or expert and a group of people meet
to study and discuss something.
* a group of advanced students studying under a professor with each
doing original research and all exchanging results through reports and
discussion.
* a course of study pursued by a seminar.
* an advanced or graduate course often featuring informality and discussion.
* a scheduled meeting of a seminar or a room for meetings.
* a class at a university or college for small group of students and a
teacher to study or discuss a particular subject, usually given as a form of
training any meeting for exchanging information and holding discussion.
workshop-
* a meeting of people to discuss and/or perform practical work in subject or
activity, and try to improve their skills by discussing their experiences
and doing practical exercises.
* a small establishment where manufacturing or handicrafts are carried on.
* a usually brief intensive educational program for a relatively small group
of people that focuses especially on techniques and skills in a partilar
field.
* a room or building where toolds and machines are used for making or
repairing things.
大致上,感覺seminar偏向學術方面的研討會,有專家學者來帶領;workshop則像是
有實際操作的研討會
我想問的是像是紡織業者的研討會,參加的人以各業者為主,
但也有此方面的專家來場,大家就以口頭ˋ書面的意見交換方式進行
像這種的研討會是用seminar還是workshop?
