[請益] 關於電話用語

因為老師請我打電話給各廠商要求免費目錄

但是我很少打電話 所以很怕自己講話會讓對方覺得沒禮貌

而且還是要求"免費" 很怕搞砸

我這樣講不知道對不對

This is xxx calling from xxx university, professor xxx's department.our

students might need to order something from the catalog, but our catalog is

outdated. I am woundering is that possible to request a free catalog from your

company.

這樣講不知道可不可以 請大家給點意見 小弟感激不盡
