標題[求譯] 服藥規定的翻譯

求英譯：
胃藥(中藥研磨而成)
每日三餐前各服用一次
每次配以溫開水服用
每次兩匙(匙量成小山丘狀)
胃痛症狀獲改善，用量可酌減為早晚各一次
我的試譯：
Antacid medicine. (Grind from Chinese herbal medicine)
Take the medicine with warm water three times a day before meals,
2 spoons each time.
Reducing the dosage to two times a day in the morning and evening
if stomachache improve.
提問：
請幫我看看有無哪裡不通順
另外，匙量成小山丘狀要怎麼翻譯阿!(苦惱)
我想翻成each quantity should be more than the spoon
但不知quantity可以這樣用嗎?
