標題請問"現金週轉"和"預算額度"在商業英文中怎麼說?

想請教以下兩句英文有更適當且符合中文意思的寫法嗎?
◎ 因為現金週轉的問題，我們的本月預算有限。
"Our budget is limited this month due to our current
cash flow situation."
◎ 我必須在那之前送出發票，否則就會失去預算額度。
"I have to submit the invoice by then otherwise
I'll lose my budget."
