[請益] 幾個跟住有關的用詞請教

我想寫一封信給實驗室的秘書,
想請她幫我問學校宿舍的一些狀況,
可是英文太糟了, 不管怎麼寫都覺得自己寫得有夠爛...><..
想請各位幫我修改. 感謝.

1. 請問宿舍有管理員嗎?
(試釋) Does the dormitory have manager?

2. 請問房間裡的家俱有包括墊被,棉被, 枕頭之類的嗎?
(試釋) Is the room forniture inclouding mattress, quilt, or pillow...etc.?

2. 請問可以在入住前先寄行李過去嗎? (我會從台灣寄幾箱, 也會從機場寄我的行李箱)
(試釋) Could I send my luggage before start living?

3. 如果我星期日到達, 宿舍的鑰匙還有入住的手續可以找誰辦理?
(試釋) If I arrive on sunday, who can I contact for getting
       the key and applying for entrance?
