a.這句話大概懂它的意思，但是有點不太了解中間的where 它的意義，
常常如果句子出現where，有時候都會翻不出來...
b.是不是如果要表達出 如果你認為我有....，很可惜我沒有 的意思
就可以用這樣的句子來說呢
2、It was basically off the charts with people living with rare disease.
a.有點不太了解 off the charts代表什麼意思
b.如果要說我有高血壓等疾病，是不是就可以用 live with 來說呢
