請問(B)為什麼不能選呢?

但我對另一選項(C)no more"只"感到疑惑，(本句可否譯為"他窮得身上只有一百塊")
請問(C)為什麼錯呢?
3."I think he is very wise.""No, he is _____ than wise."
答案為"more kind", 想請問為何不能用"kinder"?
以上三題，問了很多人都得不到答案，
