[文法] 關代的問題

[roud (對愛絕望)]

The negative feelings that people have towards the Roman might come partly

from the face that~~~

這句子中的towards the Roman 是拿還修飾feelings吧?
可是為什麼towards不是用分詞的型態表示
去掉關代(that)的話,不是就換成分詞嗎?
