benefit evasion？這恐怕是中式英文。說一個人爲了避嫌而迴避，以避免利益衝突，
可以說：to recuse oneself to avoid conflicts of interest。

例：
The judge had to recuse himself from the case because a party contributed
significantly to his campaign.
由於案件一方曾出大錢協助法官當選，因此該法官不得不自行迴避。
