[請益] list出現在這句話要怎麼解讀呢

time雜誌前陣子就威凱婚禮出了特輯,
其中一篇開頭寫著:

If London were a ship, she would have listed.

查過google dictionary,
list (verb): of a ship to lean to one side

請問這句話是指凱特的美貌令倫敦為之傾倒,
還是有其他比較好的解讀呢?
