最近讀了CNN有關七原罪與七個亞洲城市的新聞，有幾句不明白，想請教各位高手。
[句一] The dish may be little, but so are the prices, running around

heat是什麼意思呢?查字典後完全不知道該怎麼翻?另外，所謂的
a pretty young thing in a uniform是什麼意思?
