[文法] 想請問這樣的文法對不對

想請問 關於下面這個句子幾個問題~

it shows not conscientiously and carefully that I can’t approve any
conclusion base on it.

第一個 在 not conscientiously and carefully 這邊為了表示相反意思的副詞

用NOT + 副詞 這樣對不對??

第二個 一樣是 not conscientiously and carefully ， NOT要加一個還是加兩個

變成 not conscientiously and not carefully

第三個 後面 that 的用法對不對?

→ noruas:提外話之二: approve of ... 贊同  (approve是批准)
→ noruas:(所以是"我不贊同這樣的結論 還是 我不批准這樣的結論?

approve of any conclusion base on it.
