答案是  last year's

我想要問一下為什麼不是  that of last year

推 l10nel:prices是複數，所以those (of) last year也可以
推 KatherineM:所有格,數量詞(one,two..)跟大部分量詞(both,several,
→ KatherineM:many,each,all,few..)等，其後的名詞若有在前方子句中
→ KatherineM:出現的話，為了避免重複，是可以這樣用的~ 例如:
→ KatherineM:Max's wine was good but Bill's was even better.
→ KatherineM:Bill bought one book,and Mary bought two.
推 sellgd:last year's (可以是所有格代名詞,也可以是形容詞，此為代)
推 KatherineM:將Mary's (book) 視為省略book, 或是用文法書上的解釋
→ KatherineM:Mary's 做pronoun用，只是說法上的差異~  不可否認的，
→ KatherineM:在理解句子時，我們在腦裡有自動加上book，讓我們不會
→ KatherineM:想成其他的東西。例如:Mary's bag is red,and John's X
→ KatherineM:is black. 該 X 只能是 bag, 不可為其他東西, ex.pants
→ KatherineM:不過可以理解就好~~
