making不是較好的答案，是唯一正確答案。

music和主動被動無關。把 make use of 當成單一動詞，A make use of B，主動形式，
A 是主詞，B 是受詞，意思是「A 利用/使用 B」，可寫成 B is made use of (by A)。

of 後面的 other resolution 已經是受詞，resolutions 是被利用的東西。如果寫成
while being made frequent use of other resolutions，則前面有個受詞，後面又是
受詞，文法就錯了。這句話是主動形式，如果要改成被動式，則是：other reoslutions
are being made use of.
既然確定是主動式，其動詞是 making use of 而非 being made use of。
